Use it to release tension the evening before an important meeting or spoken word presentation.
You can also review and apply it as often as needed and particularly after busy and demanding days, schedules and events.
It is a favourite of mine: an exercise that releases physical and emotional tension from the body and restores balance, vitality and energy to my voice at the start and end of each day.
